Shipping & Delivery

Please ensure that you have input the correct address. Please allow up to 3 BUSINESS days for your order to be processed & shipped. FedEx Shipping: Free Shipping 5-7 Days. Standard Shipping 3-5 Days. Priority mail delivers in 2 business days. Standard Overnight (if order is placed before 5pm Pacific Standard Time). Express mail delivers overnight for most US locations. International Shipping: Priority International mail: delivers in 6-10 business days. Express international delivers in 3-5 business days (does not include delivery time if package is held by customs)

All orders are shipped via FedEx. FedEx Shipping Rates: There is a flat rate shipping fee for $5.00 despite the order limit. Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday. (We do not ship on weekends or major holidays) If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday it will be shipped the next business day. How long is shipping and delivery? All in stock orders will be shipped within two to three business days once payment is received and verified. Example: An order placed on Tuesday will be shipped that Thursday. If an order is placed on a Saturday it will be shipped on Monday. Also be adhered that unforeseen circumstances and extreme weather condition may delay the delivery of your shipment.

*Please be sure to provide the correct shipping address (including apt, suite, unit #, & zip code) during check out. If customer package is returned due to an incorrect address, customer will be contacted once the package is received to see if they want the item reshipped; if the item is reshipped the customer will be responsible for paying any additional shipping charges. If customer does not want item reshipped, a store credit will be applied to their account (excluding shipping. shipping cost is nonrefundable) NO REFUNDS! STORE CREDIT ONLY! NO EXCEPTIONS!

Returns & Replacements

No Refunds/Exchanges: Store Credit ONLY!

We hope that you love your purchase from H.O.B.O. Society Wear but in case you are not satisfied we offer the option to exchange the item or a store credit.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase H.O.B.O. Society Wear. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be glad to issue you a store credit. Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a Store Credit.

To be eligible for a Store Credit, the following conditions have to be met:

- All items must be unworn.

- All Items must be in their original packaging.

- You must include the original invoice.

Exchange: All exchanges will be accepted within 5 days after your order received. Exchanges are based on in stock availability and may be of the same item or an item of equal value. We do not accept returns/exchanges that have been worn, damaged, altered, or washed. As well as any items that give off of a distinct odor such as febreeze or perfume. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Contact us by email at customerservice@hobosocietywear.com before sending an item back and provide us with the tracking number.

If we find any signs that items are not in the original condition, we reserve the right to not accept your return.

All accessories, jewelry, hosiery, undergarments, swimwear, vintage items and sale items are FINAL SALE!

To return your product, you should email us at customerservice@hobosocietywear.com and we will send you the correct mailing address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Be sure that the correct mailing address (including zip code, apt, suite, unit # ) is entered at checkout. We will not be responsible for any packages returned due to an invalid/incorrect address.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service (USPS, UPS or FedEX) or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
